Exchange and Return Policy
SALEPOINT is committed to your satisfaction. If you chose your product in our online store and when you received it, it was not as you expected or it arrived with a defect, we guarantee your right to exchange or return in the following situation:
1. Product is defective: Within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt of the product.
The first step is to contact our Call Center. Just click on the button at the bottom of this page and request a change. From that moment you will receive all instructions on how to proceed with the return of the product.
As soon as our team receives the package, we will analyze the part to confirm that it is in accordance with the conditions of exchange or return. Once confirmed, we will proceed with the process and return and you will have two options regarding your purchase:
Exchange: for any other product that is available in our stock.
Return of values: Receive the full refund of the amount paid for the product.
Common questions:
1 - I received my purchases, but the size didn't work. How do I do that?
Our exchange process is very simple. You only need to check if the reason for changing the part fits one of the requirements below:
- Request the exchange within 7 calendar days after the date of receipt of the part;
- The product is in its original purchase condition: it has not been used, washed or ironed;
- It must be with the original packaging;
- The product cannot be damaged due to use.
If your order fulfills the requirements above, just send us an email contact@salepoint.info, with the subject "PERFORM EXCHANGE" and inform the purchase details for the exchange or return. We will contact you to choose between the exchange options.
2 - I received the product, found a malfunction and want to exchange it.
SALEPOINT always seeks total customer satisfaction. If you received a product that fits the conditions mentioned above, send us an e-mail so that the exchange can take place. We emphasize that you must check that the piece is in accordance with the conditions mentioned in question "01". If you agree, you will be able to exchange.
3 - Do I need to pay to make the exchange?
It depends. This may vary depending on what happened in the process of delivering your order. We evaluate the cases individually so that we can solve the exchange in order to solve the problem in the best way. Therefore, exchanges may or may not have costs for exchanges. If the product received is damaged, this return will have the entire cost under the responsibility of SALEPOINT. In situations where the exchange is due to dissatisfaction, such as the color of the piece, this cost will be passed on to the customer.
4 - I placed an exchange order and would like to know how soon I will receive my new product.
As soon as we receive your order, we will start a new delivery process. Thus, the terms of a new purchase, in this case, 20 to 45 days will be valid. You will also receive a new Tracking Code to track your order via the Post Office website.
5 - I received the product but ended up missing the deadline for exchange. Can I still make the switch?
Unfortunately not. As we make the exchange term explicit, we cannot make the exchange after the term already established. Your purchase, after fourteen days of receipt, will no longer be available in our system. Therefore, we advise that the product be checked at the time of purchase, thus facilitating a possibility of exchange.
6 - I didn't like my purchase very much but I saw another product on the website that I really liked. Can I exchange for another product?
Yes you can. If your purchase meets the requirements stated in "01", just send an e-mail to our Service Center, to request the exchange. In the exchange request, send the link for the chosen product by email, stating the color and size of the piece. If the product has a higher value than the original, we will send the additional charge by the EBANX operator. If the amount is lower, we will also reverse the amounts through the EBANX operator. IMPORTANT: For this type of exchange, the costs of shipping the product to our distribution center in China will be borne by the Customer. SALEPOINT undertakes to cover exchange costs when it is performed due to a defect or damage to the product received.
7 - I want to request an exchange but I changed my address. Can I change to receive the exchange at the new address?
Yes, you can, but be aware of some conditions. You need to report this change at the time you request the exchange. That way we will change the address with your new data.
8 - I want to request cancellation, but the goods have already been sent?
Yes you can, but when the goods arrive at your residence you must reject the receipt of the product! The goods will return to our stock and we will refund the value after the product arrives in our warehouse.
